Day 1: Bali to Ketapang Ferry Port
At 9:00 am, our driver will pick you up from your hotel in Bali. We’ll depart for the Gilimanuk Ferry Port, a 3-4 hour drive from Ubud, Sanur, or Seminyak. Upon arrival at Gilimanuk, board the ferry for a 40-minute crossing to Ketapang on the Java side. From there, we’ll transfer you to Hotel Ketapang Indah for a relaxing overnight stay.
Day 2: Ijen Blue Fire Tour and Transfer to Mt. Bromo
At midnight (0:00 am), depart from the hotel with a jeep or car and head towards Paltuding, the trekking point for Ijen plateau. The drive takes about 1 hour. Begin the trek to Ijen Crater, a 1 hour and 20-minute soft trek to witness the extraordinary Blue Fire phenomenon at 3:00 am. After exploring Ijen, return to the trekking point and continue the journey to Mt. Bromo. We may stop for lunch en route. Arrive at Mt. Bromo (Cemoro Lawang) around 4-5 pm. Check-in at your hotel and enjoy the evening at your leisure.
Day 3: Mt. Bromo Sunrise and Transfer to Surabaya
Rise early at 3:15 am for a Jeep ride to Pananjakan or Kingkong Hill for a breathtaking sunrise over Mt. Bromo. Descend into the Bromo valley to explore the sandy sea, either on foot or by horseback, and reach the Bromo crater. After enjoying the crater, return to your hotel for breakfast, shower, and check-out by 10:00 am. We’ll drive you to Surabaya Airport, a 3-hour journey. Arrive at Surabaya to conclude our services.
